If you buy air purifier, you probably also replace the HEPA filter occasionally. They are not cheap, so you need to find the best price. This specific Holmes air purifier filter is very easy to use and replace. It is to last for years, but probably depends on the amount of particles that must be addressed. I replaced my 3 after 3 months. Hopefully the next group will take longer.

The filter Holmes are great. They last a long time, I leave it running 24×7. Easy to change.
