I usually do not leave a star. . . . . but it deserves it. I wanted a good steam mop for the floors and I liked the fact it could be a hand held steam for other jobs too. . . . . . and do not fall for it. Everything I got from this steamer MOP was warm water discharges on the ground. He has done nothing but be wet with water really hot. I had to use a regular broom just to clean up after my first test with it. I tried again after reviewing the instruction manual on it and it is not the same thing. Since I bought just a steam mop that does nothing but floors and it works very well. . . . . . . . he pays the steam and the floor dries in seconds (brand Shark Steam Floor). If you can get this thing to good work for you. . . . . . . I certainly had nothing but problems with him since she returned to the Amazon.

It cleans really well and is easy to use. I love that I can mop the kitchen and quickly take off the handle to clean the top of the stove while I’m passing. Great invention!

I’m not quite a bit of research before choosing this Steam MOP and I must say I am completely satisfied with my achat.Il is very easy to use, the water warms up very quickly and I like that it can be used as a hand-held steamer also serpillière.Le tank need not be completed relatively quickly, but at the same time, if the reservoir was much greater, then it would be a bit heavy to wear. Especially when you use the hand option. The cleaning power is also very good, my steamer-style cartridge seems to be a bit more powerful, but also a little large and awkward to lug around. So, I really prefer to use the Steamfast.

I just mop few days ago and used the MOP on the following day. It seems to do a good job. Much simpler than others wringing mop / rinse. I did over each area twice (holiday parties). I have not changed the carpet microfiber that has been included. I use the cloth bag that I use with my Swiffer-like. (The brand I use is Quickie-Stronger handle) I would buy again, but he recommends a different cover. I’m back covers the replacement was recommended.

I was so excited to get my steam mop, but it would not heat. I read and reread the instructions and spent a day on hold waiting for customer service at Steamfast. When I finally got through they told me I could send them to the mop and they fix it. They make me pay for shipping and would not send me a new one. Fortunately, I bought through Amazon, which is ready to be me rembourser.Peut mop that works very well, but I never know. Steamfast is not necessary nor reasonable. I just wanted to stand by their product and send me a new MOP. If you try a steamer, do not Steamfast. I guess I’m going back to rub my hands and knees.
