Googled this fan BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT TRUST AMAZON YET WHEN IT COMES TO THE LIST PRICE DISCOUNT. FIND THE FAN TO THE SAME TARGET 59. OO. RATINGS IT DOES NOT CLAIM TO TILT, JUST oscillates left and right. HOUSING IS MOSTLY Plastick although it claims of any metal.

I heard about this from slickdeals and was seconded to the sharp drop in price, I think I got it for $ 14. So quiet and so old school. This fan replaced a fan purchased at the target in the room with my children. It is so smooth and is one of those fans, the waiting time and wear, I could never get rid of. The only defect is that it is more plastic than metal. Almost everything is in RED plastic. That would have made a difference when they purchase, but no regrets.
