Well, there’s really nothing from home that can get rid of acne–you can wash your face often and such, and let time make them go away, but to get rid of them faster you’d need an acne medicine like Stridex.

applying ice on really red pimples makes the redness go down and make it hurt a little less. if u dont want to go spend a lot of money, a good bar soap that doesnt leave residue should be okay. just make sure it doesnt dry your skin out. i heard toothpaste dries out pimples but in my experience that doesnt work.

Borrow your daddies’ belt sander.

Yes, I would say a belt sander, although that’s more of a shop tool.
Putting your face right up close to the TV screen works for SOME people. Personally, I used to steam my face over the Mr Coffee, that seemed to work. I’ve heard at least one instance where a person used a toaster, but I never heard how it worked out.

I have an acne cure that has won me the best answer three times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I’ll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
