This is a gadget my wife wanted to have, she used it once and it is now sitting in the laundry room collecting dust. Doesn’t worth the money.

The infomercial looked too good to be true. When i used the Haan Steam Cleaner all it did was create moisture and rub around the dirt. If you want to clean a floor, buy a mop, it did the same thing and didnt cost $100.

1. Very little steam is generated by the mop
2. You basically get a hot pad, not steam being forced into the floor as would be ideal
3. Returned the mop immediately.
4. Conclusion: Pitiful product surrounded by hype

One bonus item (mattress steam attachment) was left out of the factory box. It was not a direct fault of Ken’s Sewing & Vacuum Center at all. I called Ken’s (on a weekend) to let them know the part was missing. They were real friendly and understanding.
The person on the phone apologized for HAAN’s error and then said they would send the part right out to me, free of any shipping charges, etc. . . .
They were not only good as their word; it came less than 5 days later, but when I opened the box, Ken’s Sewing & Vacuum Center had also included, on their own (free of charge), 2 new floor pads as well as a gift to me. These pads aren’t all that cheap either.
Ken’s Sewing & Vacuum Center sells a bunch of household stuff. I would buy from them and again. I highly recommend them. Oh yeah, the steamer works good too.

My Korean friend turned me on to the Haan steam cleaner. She made me a believer. This thing is amazing – does wonders for a house occupied by three busy gentlemen.
My friend showed me the more advanced Haan models that are currently available in Korea. This one looks like it is a couple of generations behind what is available there. I hope Haan will make those newer models available in the USA soon.
Still – it is very worth the investment.
