Their ad on Amazon stated 12 bags, they only ship 9, says marketing agents mis lead in their ad, they said i could send back but would not ship 12 as advertised.

This is by far, the best vacuum I have ever owned ! Including a Kirby & Sharp. The power is amazing & is picking up dust left from years of other vacuums! It feels like it’s self-propelled. I love all the on board attachments; very handy to use. Carrying it upstairs, it is a bit heavy but well worth the trip. Thanks Eureka!!!!
