I actually won this machine to the website, and allergies have been using for over a year. I love it! It is quiet enough space and easy to handle. Prefilter replaces every year and it is easy and inexpensive. HEGA filter is really expensive, but it needs to be replaced every three years, if you really do not spend too much in the long term. You do not need to open the machine to clean the filters, either you’re just a vacuum once a week and you’re done! Airfilters I owned a few others before, this is by far the best. I am slightly allergic to cats and I use this machine to reduce the symptoms. It does a commendable job. Highly recommended. The only reason why I do not give one star to five, as it can get a bit noisy at higher fan settings. Cats tend to get excited when it happens. But all in all a good buy.
